SOUL FOOD SHRIMP AND GRITS
Shrimp and grits is a classic soul food dish that is usually served for breakfast or brunch. In my recipe, the shrimp are cooked in a Cajun sauce with bacon and andouille sausage and served over grits. It is simply delicious!

MAC AND CHEESE
Mac and Cheese is my ultimate favorite. It is a must have on any Soul Food Dinner Plate. There are many different ways to make mac and cheese but my recipe is loaded with 6 cheeses and baked to perfection. The combination of the creamy cheese and the crispy, golden brown crust is simply irresistible.

COLLARD GREENS
Collard Greens are a staple of Soul Food Cuisine. They are great all by themselves or when mixed with other greens such as mustard, turnip and kale. Greens are often cooked with ham hocks but smoked turkey, bacon or other proteins can be substituted to give them ultimate flavor.

Our Guestbook
Very good Soul Food restaurant. Came with friends and binged out on spicy rice noodle dishes. Don’t know about the service complaints from some others. Come on 1 star service was bad but the food was great. Don’t believe them. Truth, they are busy and are packed on the cold day. Bit that is due to the popularity of their spicy dishes. Don’t believe me, try it for your self. One more recommendation, and this is for all the non Soul Food of us. Order the authentic Soul Food dishes. Forget the General Tsou Chicken. This is only created for foreigners.

We are Irish, four of us ate here, very well. We shared two starters between us and had four main courses plus one TsingTao beer for $112. We were all very happy with our food - one of our party had a duck fried rice and found it a little bland. I had shredded pork with spicy garlic. Mmmmmm! Would definitely recommend!

Super busy for a Sunday night. General tso chicken cooked perfectly. Spicy beef was delicious. Perfect blend of flavor and heat. I loved it. Nice portions. Popular with Asians. Yummy. Go to for consistent, fast, bad-for-you-but-tastes-good Soul Food food,Very good and authentic modern Soul Food food, small tightly pack Spartan space. No frills. No tipping!!! Bustling, in-eat-out kind of no nonsense atmosphere. Minimal drink options but endless food choices. Really good.
